At Oxiva™, your comfort, safety, and confidence are our top priorities. Our products are carefully designed for personal care and direct skin contact, following strict quality and hygiene standards.

To ensure fairness and safety for all customers, our return and refund process is outlined below.


🧴 Product Use & Skin Sensitivity

Oxiva™ products are personal care items intended for direct contact with the skin.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be resold or returned, even if only tested briefly.

We also recognize that skin sensitivity, irritation, or allergic reactions can vary from person to person.

For this reason, any concerns related to skin reactions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


⚠️ Important Usage Requirement

To be eligible for support or refund consideration, the product must have been:

    Used in accordance with the provided instructions

    Used on properly prepared skin (as recommended in the user guide)

    Used with appropriate shaving or skincare products, where applicable

Improper use, misuse, or use outside of the intended purpose may affect eligibility for a refund.


💬 Special Cases: Skin Irritation or Allergic Reactions

If you experience unexpected irritation or discomfort despite following the usage instructions, we encourage you to contact our support team promptly.

In such cases, we may request:

       A brief explanation of how the product was used

       Supporting photo or video evidence where appropriate and possible

This information allows us to review the situation carefully and offer a fair, fast resolution, which may include guidance, a partial refund, or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

We fully respect customer privacy and handle all cases with discretion and care.


📦 Returns (Unopened Products Only)

Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

To request a return:

      Contact us within 15 days of delivery

      Provide a clear photo showing the product remains unopened

Once approved and received:

      A refund for the product price only (excluding shipping) will be issued

⏳ Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
